A Bold Entry Table

When we move to California we will be renting an apartment.Since we will be there for 3+ years, I really want to make it feel less like an apartment and more like a home.Although we haven't decided on the exact place we will be renting, we know it will be small.I'm hoping for a small entry, a place to welcome guests and drop our keys.
I find myself attracted to entry's that make a statement, specifically with a little pattern and color.

I am pretty sold on the idea of adding a bold removable wallpaper.

It just adds so much personality and helps define the space.

I am also obsessed with the thought of adding an unexpected pop of color in the console table/entry cabinet.

Being welcomed everyday by a cheery piece of furniture sounds good to me.
